Training..... Kettle Bells!!

We'll have to try to get us all together for a photo op sometime soon.... This is only part of the group (Jean, Tiff, Shari, Ann E., and Rene) who got together for a Kettle Bell workout and hike at 7-Mile Creek Park outside of Mankato..... Saturday, we're shooting for a 12-mile hike along the Red Jacket Trail between Mkto & Rapidan.
