Recruiting NEW kettle bell enthusiasts.....
Just did the kettle bell routine at the lake, right up on shore with my neice, Ellie - she did great!! Now she wants to head to Target for her own weights so she and her Mom can do the routine twice a week.... Mom's thrilled!! :)
Have a great 4th of July, everybody!!
Love ya,

12 Miles on Saturday!
Did anyone else have sore feet on Saturday afternoon? Mine sure were but it was all worth it, right?? I still contend that pedicures will be EXACTLY what we need after our mountain hike!
Love U!

WOW--Great site
Hi Everyone,
We made it back to Gaylord late last night after a wonderful week at Leech Lake. The Fideldy's send their greetings. I know we toasted the Seven Summiteers and Gaylord at least once or twice during the week. If you can believe this, the adults walked about four miles every day and I even had Shannon doing the kettle bell workout with me. (I told her she couldn't blame me for being sore on vacation.) Even though I missed out on the big hikes this past week, I wasn't a total slacker.
I'm sitting here with tears streaming down my face as I watch the video of the hike and read the inspiring messages. What an awesome group of woman we are! I'm looking forward to getting back to hiking in southern MN. Are there plans for this week? Call any time, I'm flexible!
